Why must I provide personal information to join AUGI if membership is free?

AUGI is a volunteer organization. Our basic operating costs are covered by sponsorship investments from third parties, but additional money is needed to continue to develop the quality programs that AUGI provides. Because we do not ask our members to pay dues, we raise funds by attracting sponsors who help offset costs.

We do not sell membership information. We do, however, use general statistics gained from membership demographics to justify our requests for money from sponsors and advertisers. In this way, members can continue to benefit from high-quality AUGI support and education programs at no cost.

How are AUGI United Kingdom and AUGI connected?

AUGI United Kingdom is the official country chapter of the Autodesk User Group International (AUGI) organization for UnitedKingdom. Your AUGI membership entitles you to full access of all AUGI-sponsored programs.

The AUGI United Kingdom website is your source for Autodesk product information and support resources relevant to your country. It also provides quick access to other AUGI country chapters.

The AUGI United Kingdom website, which is the “face” of the British country chapter, is your home site for access to peer-to-peer support, both from your regional peers and from Autodesk product users worldwide.

How do I change my mailing address, email address, password, or any other contact information?

Members can update their personal information and preferences at any time in the My AUGI section of the AUGI website.

There are several AUGI Country Chapters. Can I join more than one?

Yes. Country chapter membership is not limited or exclusive, so you may join multiple Country Chapters. AUGI has also established, within the various country chapters, user groups at the local level. The number of local user groups that are being established is growing rapidly, so if there isn’t one in your area now, there may be soon. And, like membership in one or more Country Chapters, you can also join multiple local user groups.
